HARG's return policy is designed to offer flexibility and assurance. You have 28 days from the day you receive your items to return them for an exchange or a credit note.
Process for Returns
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Pre-arrange your return: Use our Contact Us form to inform us of your intention to return an item. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Await confirmation and return instructions from our customer service team.
- Once approved, package the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
- Send the package back to us using the provided return address.
Important: Items returned directly to our warehouse without prior arrangement will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your exchange or issue a credit note within 7-10 business days.
- Credit notes can be used for future purchases on our website.
- We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or not as described.
